The documentary was filmed in a city-state that exemplifies our fast-changing world: Singapore. It explores what connects the world’s states, economies, societies, and the global culture in which they’re set. It’s a quest to understand the many ways in which we describe these interconnections. The part truths we tell each other about how the world works. And what the whole truth might be.

He was the Executive Producer, Author, and Presenter of the award-winning documentary film America Boxed In. The film is based on his acclaimed book, Globalization Contained. Filming was conducted throughout the United States and China. It features interviews with pre-eminent authors, politicians, businesspeople, and academics from around the globe. The film was presented at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and qualified for the Academy Awards in 2023.
